We are now looking for a Food Production Manager to help us run and improve day-to-day sauce production as we scale.
The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone organised, reliable and calm under pressure. You will help manage production days, support smooth kitchen operations, and ensure our products are made, packed and labelled to a high standard.
You do not need to know everything from day one. Training will be provided. What matters most is that you are proactive, practical and take pride in getting things done properly.

Help prepare ingredients and production equipment before each run
Manage bottling, filling, sealing and labelling processes
Maintain cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards throughout production
Monitor stock levels of ingredients, jars, lids, labels and packaging
Flag shortages or issues before they affect production
Help reduce waste and improve efficiency during production runs
Record batch information and keep production notes organised
Work closely with the founder and wider team to hit production targets
Assist with packing customer and wholesale orders when needed
What We're Looking For
Highly organised and dependable
Comfortable working in a kitchen or food production environment
Good attention to detail
Able to follow systems and also suggest improvements
Calm, solutions-focused and willing to learn
Strong work ethic and takes ownership
A love for Azonto Foods, Ghana Style Chilli Sauce (Shito), or a strong interest in food production, FMCG, and operations, is a plus
Food hygiene knowledge is a bonus, but not essential, as training will be provided
Ideal For Someone Who
Enjoys practical, operational work
Likes bringing order to moving parts
Wants to grow with an emerging food brand
Takes pride in consistency and standards
Can be trusted to get stuck in and get things over the line
What You'll Gain
Hands-on experience inside a growing FMCG food brand
Opportunity to shape and improve real production systems
Direct exposure to founder-led brand building and operations

A chance to be part of a culturally driven brand with real momentum
