Azonto Foods is a growing West African food brand bringing bold, authentic Ghanaian flavours to modern tables. Through our sauces, snacks and activations, we create memorable food experiences rooted in culture, quality and community.

We are looking for a Brand Ambassador to support product launches, store activations, events, tastings and market appearances across London.

The Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent Azonto Foods at customer-facing activations, helping introduce the brand to new audiences and creating a strong, positive first impression. You will be responsible for engaging customers, offering samples, sharing product knowledge and supporting in-store or event-based sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Azonto Foods professionally at grocery stores, events, pop-ups and market activations
• Set up, manage and maintain branded sampling tables and activation spaces
• Offer product samples and explain the range in a clear, engaging and confident way
• Introduce customers to the brand story, flavour profiles and key product benefits
• Support product launches and new store listings through in-person customer engagement
• Encourage customer interaction and collect feedback during activations
• Help drive awareness and sales at the point of trial
• Keep stock levels, displays and presentation standards high throughout each shift
• Support set-up and pack-down before and after each activation

What We're Looking For

• Confident, friendly and well presented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with members of the public
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Able to work independently and take initiative on the day
• Comfortable working in busy retail or event environments
• Interested in food, culture and customer engagement
• Previous experience in sampling, retail, hospitality or events is helpful, but not essential
