Program Overview: The Azonto Foodies Referral Rewards Program ("Program") is a referral discount scheme operated by Azonto Foods. By participating in the Program, customers of Azonto Foods ("Customers") can earn discounts on future orders by referring new customers to the Azonto Foods online store.
Eligibility: The Program is open to all Customers who have made a purchase via the Azonto Foods online store. To participate, Customers must agree to these Terms and Conditions.
How the Program Works: After making a purchase, Customers will receive a unique 10% discount code. This code can be shared with friends and family. When a new customer uses this code, they receive a 10% discount on their order. The referring Customer also receives a 10% discount on their next order.
Referral Rewards: Referral rewards are distributed as 10% discounts on future orders and are not cumulative. For instance, if a Customer refers three people, they will receive a 10% discount on their next three orders, not a 30% discount on their next order.
Limitations: Each Customer is limited to a maximum of 100 referrals under this Program. Any referrals beyond this limit will not be eligible for rewards.
Program Period: The Program begins on the date the Customer makes their first purchase and ends on December 31, 2023. Any referrals made after this date will not be eligible for rewards.
Changes and Termination: Azonto Foods reserves the right to alter or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Program constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
Fraudulent and Suspicious Behavior: Azonto Foods reserves the right to void any referrals or rewards earned if we suspect that they were earned in a fraudulent manner, a manner that violates these Terms & Conditions, or in a manner otherwise not intended by Azonto Foods.
Liability Limitation: Azonto Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the participation in the Program.
No Ownership Rights: Participants understand and agree that no title or ownership rights in the Program are being transferred or assigned to participants under these Terms & Conditions.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or participant's participation in the Program will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of London, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles.
